As far as I'm concerned, the issue with ethoxyiquin is conjecture, not
fact.  I believe Bill Gruber did a literature search on it and did not
find anything (is that right, Bill?).  Also, this question has been put to
Dr. Lenny Southam, who is the veterinary manager of CompuServe's
Pets/Animal Forum, and she said she had no scientific studies showing
adverse effects.  Until I hear otherwise, I will continue to use Science
Diet.  Avoiding preservatives is a matter of personal choice, IMO.
