Condolences to those with lost, sick, or angeled fur-wagons...
It was brought to my attention that my previous post, listing what I
thought might be the cause of a ferret getting a bottle-brush tail just
before going under from anesthesia, could be taking as being a bit
unsensitive. I re-read the post and I agree. Maybe I shouldn't have
posted that one at all. There have been a large number of fuzzies passing
away lately and I think my post might have been just a bit harsh for those
people that cared for these carpet sharks. For that, I apologize. It
wasn't intended to be construed that way. I was just being a bit too
honest and didn't think about the consequences.
Also, I mentioned that I would never have the heart to put a fuzzie to
sleep. This was NOT a reflection on anyone else that might have to do
this for the sake of the fuzzie. It was only an observation, expressing
my *own* weakness at not being able to make that decision. I simply don't
have the guts to do that sort of thing. Please do not take my weakness
as an observation of anyone else. I was only sharing information about
myself.
Todd and the Fuzzbutt Rodeo Clowns.
